Trump’s attorney requests mistrial in rape, defamation case
Attorney Joe Tacopina’s complaints were filed Monday in Manhattan federal court. Tacopina complained that rulings by Judge Lewis A. Kaplan have been slanted in favor of writer E. Jean Carroll.
